About Me

I am a psychologist and psychoanalyst with extensive academic training and five years of clinical experience supporting individuals facing a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties.

“—
Meaningful change begins
when we have the space
to speak freely and to
understand the unconscious
patterns that shape
our lives.

My clinical experience has developed across psychiatric hospitals, community mental health services, addiction rehabilitation programmes and humanitarian settings in Cyprus, Greece and the United Kingdom. Working with people from diverse cultural and personal backgrounds has shaped my understanding of psychological suffering and strengthened my commitment to providing thoughtful, ethical and deeply individualised care.

Throughout my work, I have supported adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional distress, relationship difficulties, burnout, addictions, identity questions and major life transitions.

I have also worked with asylum seekers, refugees, unaccompanied minors and survivors of torture, where sensitivity, cultural awareness and respect for each person’s unique story have been essential.

My Approach

My work is grounded in the Lacanian psychoanalytic tradition. Rather than offering quick solutions or fixed techniques, I provide a confidential space where each person’s experience can be explored with care, curiosity and respect.

I believe that meaningful psychological change begins when people have the opportunity to speak freely and to better understand the unconscious patterns that shape their lives.

Therapy is not about becoming someone else; it is about discovering a more authentic way of living.
